1 man hit and killed by Red Line train and 1 man hit and killed by Fitchburg commuter.

Boston, MA (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–The Boston Globe reported on Friday, two pedestrian men were hit and killed by two different Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail (MBCR) trains less than eight hours apart. Authorities are investigating the two train accident fatalities.

The Massachusetts Board of Transportation (MBTA) says service into Boston was temporarily suspended on the Fitchburg commuter inbound train line after a man was struck and killed Friday morning. A man was hit by an inbound train near Brighton Street in Belmont at about 7 a.m. today. Friday’s train death was the second in less than eight hours after a man was killed at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday. The unidentified man was hit and killed by a Red Line train at the Savin Hill T station late Thursday.
