Tampa Bay, FL (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a flatbed truck driver was struck by a CSX freight train, on Tuesday, derailing all 17 cars and 2 locomotives, as reported by MSNBC. The Helena Chemical Co., truck driver, 61 year old Kim Jan Nagelhoute, was crossing the tracks to turn into the business’s driveway, at the Old Lakeland Highway and Holly Lane railroad crossing, when the freight train hit the big rig.
