Facebook finds itself tangled in yet another law suit over their social networking website. Filed in the Supreme Court of NY’s Allegany County, Paul Ceglia is suing Facebook with claims that in 2003 Mark Zuckerberg signed a contract entitling Ceglia to a stake in the company in return for website development and design services. The law suit is worth $9.2 billion. Facebook’s assets have been temporarily frozen as they attempt to move the suit into Federal Court.
