08/23/2010 // Coral Gables, FL, USA // Grossman Roth // Stuart K. Grossman: Miami Injury Attorney

Grossman Roth, the Miami injury law firm representing 12-year-old Teagan Marti, agrees with the decision to arrest the park employee responsible for Teagan’s safety on the Terminal Velocity ride at Extreme World Amusement in Lake Delton, WI. The operator, who has admitted he “blanked out,” failed to confirm that nets were properly positioned before releasing Teagan for a 10-story free fall. Teagan - who was in a coma for four days — suffered severe injuries that may leave her paralyzed.
