/EINPresswire.com/RDA have secured planning permission for a 51 bed care home & 12 apartments on the former Grey Goose public house site in Nottingham.
The committee approved the scheme unanimously.
Local contractor Wynbrook have been appointed by client Medina Light to undertake the £2m project and work is expected to start within the next few weeks.
Steve Rayner of RDArchitects Nottingham office said “we are delighted that this project is now progressing and very pleased to be working with Wynbrook again.”
The project is likely to take nine months to complete.
