Bonifacio Consulting Services, LLC (BCS), a Medical Device Manufacturing Consultancy, is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Potter to its team. Andrew will lead the expansion of BCS’s M&A Advisory and Strategic Consulting Division as Managing Director.
Andrew Potter comes to BCS with over 15 years of experience in global manufacturing with hands-on roles in Operations, Project Engineering and Business Development. Potter’s industry experience includes Medical Devices, Packaging, Consumer Electronics and Steel. For the last 5 years, Andrew has worked as an Analyst and Consultant to Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A Advisors and others involved in the buying/selling and operation of businesses in the lower middle investment market.

Andrew holds an MBA from Clark University and a B.A. in Communications & Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
