Los Angeles – Kim Kardashian has listed her mother, Kris Jenner, and estranged husband Kris Humphries as witnesses in her divorce battle with Humphries. As reported by Us Weekly, a document filed by the reality star and her legal team on Monday listed them and others as witnesses to testify about the former couple’s relationship and premarital agreement.
Kardashian, 32, is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Kanye West. Humphries, 28, is seeking an annulment claiming Kardashian defrauded him into marrying her.
The divorce case is expected to head to trial May 6.
