Los Angeles – Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife of 19 years have reportedly called it quits. As reported by Reuters, the country music star and his wife Tish Finley Cyrus, who are parents to actress and singer Miley Cyrus, announced plans to divorce in a statement released Thursday.
The couple is quoted in the report as saying in the statement, “This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family… We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
The couple previously reconciled after a 2010 divorce filing by Billy Ray Cyrus.
