Los Angeles – “Sex and the City” star Kim Cattrall recently sparked controversy over comments she made about “50 Shades of Grey” actor Jamie Dornan. As reported by WebProNews, Cattrall remarked about not understanding the sex appeal of the film star, who was cast in the highly anticipated movie role.
Cattrall is quoted as stating during an interview with The Independent, “Maybe it’s my age, but he doesn’t look like a man to me. He looks like a young boy. I like men to look like men. I saw the preview and you know they say in three seconds you can tell if you find someone attractive or not? Well, I just thought, ‘No.”
Dornan was cast as Christian Grey after Charlie Hunnam chose not to do the film due to reported scheduling conflicts.
Dornan, who has acknowledged his own issues with his youthful look, stated in an interview with Glamour, “From when I was 12 to when I was 27, I looked aggressively young for my age. I hated it. I think that’s why I love having a beard — it’s some kind of proof that you’re a man.”
