Waco, Texas – A lawsuit has been filed against the city of Waco and other officials by a man who was one of 177 people arrested in connection with a fatal shootout that occurred last month. Matt Clendennen, 30, who is facing charges of engaging in organized crime, says he was not involved in the biker brawl and his arrest was the result of an overreaction on the part of police, CNN reports.
