(Source) On Saturday, January 30th at 10am, Capital Holdings Self Storage & Mini-Warehouses will hold its first storage unit auction of 2016. The sale is open to the general public and attendance is encouraged for both bidders and bystanders.
Much like the popular television series “Storage Wars”, Capital Holdings’ auction will be a high-energy event that is sure to entertain. Abandon units ranging in size from 75 up to 300 square feet will be opened prior to the sale for viewing. In an auction block style sale, all storage units will be sold to the highest bidder for cash.
Currently, nearly 20 units will be put up for sale. Contents seen in abandon storage units at previous auctions have included furniture and household items, antiques, appliances, construction equipment, tools, and electronics.
