The complaint states that Mr. F. suffers from mesothelioma as the result of exposure to asbestos while working as a laborer and engineer throughout the country, including various locations in Illinois, Ohio, Maryland, Texas, Virginia, Alabama, Washington, New York, California, and Colorado. Throughout the course of his employment, Mr. F. was exposed to asbestos-containing products while working at numerous jobsites, including the Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin, and Martin Marietta. Additionally, Mr. F. was exposed to asbestos products through the performance of renovation work on his homes in the 1960s and 1970s.
