Portland, OR – July 1st, 2010 — Debuting Friday July 16th, the Barrel Room- Portland’s only dueling piano bar – will celebrate their grand opening to the masses. Boasting the highest caliber of talent, guests will be wowed with their experience from the moment they enter the newly renovated old Pala location.
The Barrel Room has taken its cues from the unique pulse of Portland, delivering a perfect fusion of shareable comfort food, original cocktail creations, and boasting high caliber talent. Expect to see a bartender belt out a solo, a line of servers dancing through aisles, and two musical masterminds out-dueling each other on the ivories, all while the percussionist keeps the beat. Revamped musical favorites will be played throughout the evening, as the musicians keep the audience laughing, dancing, and singing along to the greatest hits of all time.

Our guests can request their favorite songs like, “Great Balls Of Fire” by Jerry Lee Lewis, “Uptown Girl” by Billy Joel, & “Livin’ on a Prayer” by Bon Jovi. Reservations are strongly recommended. Shows are at 9PM on Fridays and Saturdays, additionally the Barrel Room is open Wednesday thru Saturday nights for drinks, happy hour, dinner, themed events and live entertainment.
