The expansion is expected to create 50 to 80 new jobs, adding to West Business Services’ significant presence in Wisconsin, with more than 1,200 employees currently at similar facilities in Appleton and Wausau.
As part of this expansion, West Business Services is now hiring customer sales and customer care representatives to support an expanded contract with a major financial services client. The new employees will serve as a customized inside sales team, skillfully moving through the sales process from lead to close.
