Temecula, CA – January 6, 2009 — Dine In – a local restaurant marketing company sees the value in lending a hand to the community when it is needed. Over the past thirteen years, dine in has felt very compassionate about giving back to those who have been a huge influence to the success of dine in. Our community. Our Nicholas Foundation: The Foundation’s primary mission is to increase awareness of Autism and to provide financial support for education, therapies, families and research organizations that enrich the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Their hope is that this foundation will provide children with Autism, the tools they need to thrive. Dine In recently hosted a fund raising benefit and silent auction at Wilson Creek Winery in which the Dine In owners, staff and family members donated time for the worthy cause. Dine In and Auction for Autism were able to raise thousands of dollars in the silent auction and per ticket sales.
Oak Grove: A nonprofit 24-hour residential and educational treatment center that serves 76 children who live on campus and an additional 80-90 day students who attend the nonpublic school day program. Children and youth are admitted with a variety of psychological, social, emotional, behavioral, medical and neurological problems with concurrent behavioral difficulties, school problems, family dysfunction and alcohol or substance abuse. Many of the children have suffered physical and or sexual abuse, other traumas or experienced many other social, emotional or behavioral challenges. Dine In recently hosted a benefit called the Holidays, Hope and Harmony to raise money for Oak Grove. Dine In owners, staff and family members also donated their time for this benefit. Thousands of dollars were raised for Oak Grove. Dine In also took donations from customers for dorm room makeovers. Dine In was able to make over two dorm rooms that were given as rewards to the students.
The Race for the cure: Dine In joined the race for the cure this October in support of Tracy our accountant who was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. The staff was able to raise over $500.00 to help find a cure for breast cancer. The Dine In owners, Staff, family members and Tracy were present for the race.
The holiday season is when most people give to charity or donate their time, Dine In is accepting donations for these organizations all year round.
