Non surgical Spinal Decompression Now Available In Fremont / Tri cities
Fremont, CA 01/2009 — The town of Fremont, CA recently became home to the first Spinal Aid Center in the East Bay.
The Spinal Aid Center offers a relatively new technology called non-surgical spinal decompression, a treatment that offers new hope to sufferers of severe, chronic back pain. Dr. Richard K. Skala DC QME of the East Bay Spinal Aid Center, says he added the scientific discovery to his facility to offer the breakthrough option for his patients with chronic back pain who were convinced that pills and surgery were they’re only option to relieve pain.

Unfortunately, a lot of chronic back pain patients end up addicted to narcotic pain meds. The scientific discovery known as Non-surgical spinal decompression is a medical breakthrough in the non-drug, non-surgical approach to chronic back pain that works according to the American Journal of Pain Management. They reported a very favorable relief rate among patients suffering from herniated discs who had undergone non-surgical spinal decompression.
In many cases of back pain, bulging or herniated disc material is often the culprit. The bulging material puts pressure on the nerves and creates pain that can travel into the buttocks and even down the legs. Non-surgical decompression relieves pain by decompressing the spine, effectively creating a vacuum (negative pressure) that draws the bulging or herniated disc material back into place. As the pressure decreases, so does the pain.
Unlike surgery, there is no painful disability and recovery period for non-surgical spinal decompression. Patients may go home or return to non-strenuous activities after their treatment. The cost is less than one-tenth the cost of back surgery.
