Texas 18-wheeler accident attorney-Amy K-alerts H-E-B truck wreck kills 3!

San Antonio, TX (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–A fatal accident on Highway 181 leaves three young friends dead and another in critical condition, after they crashed head-on into an H-E-B semi truck on Sunday, as reported by WOIA. Texas Highway Patrol, a division of the Texas Department of Public Safety http://www.txdps.state.tx.us

identified the 18-wheeler accident victims as Priscilla Montoya, 20, Kara Denkewalter, 20, and Orlando Bloom, 18. Wilson County area emergency medical personnel pronounced all three victims dead on the scene. The fourth victim Montoya’s boyfriend, Hector Escuada, was critically injured and transported to the intensive care unit at University Hospital, by San Antonio area fire rescue crews. The driver of the H-E-B tractor-trailer suffered injuries and was treated by local health care workers and released.

Wikipedia http://wikipedia.org reveals H-E-B stands for “Here Everything’s Better” and represents a privately held San Antonio based supermarket chain with over 310 stores throughout Texas and northern Mexico. H.E. Butt Grocery Company was ranked Number 13 by Supermarket News in the 2008, “Top 75 North American Food Retailers”. Ironically, Montoya, one of the decedents, reportedly worked for H-E-B for the past couple of years.

San Antonio area accident investigators claim the four friends were traveling in a car along Highway 181 near Poth, when they began to drift into oncoming traffic and struck the H-E-B big rig head-on. The four car occupants were thrown from the vehicle on impact, and the car was found in two separate pieces by Wilson County rescue teams. Police officials are still trying to determine who was driving the car at the time of the accident, and if drugs and/or alcohol played a factor.
