For over a half century, 1950, Ello Furniture, has been recognized as a leading manufacture for high end contemporary home furnishings. From their factory in Rockford Illinois they have produced some of the finest custom furniture in the world. Their furniture includes unique, finely crafted pieces that appeal a wide range of consumers. A slow-down in the housing market and changes in oversea sources has resulted in a huge overstock of products and forces the factory to liquidate over FIVE MILLION DOLLARS OF INVENTORY at prices that are 60% to 90% below regular retail. Selection of available products includes hundreds of bedroom styles, over 75 different dining room groups, rows and rows of vitrines, entertainment centers and accent tables, and dozens of fine quality leather upholstered products for upscale homes.
“The total liquidation of all available inventory will begin on September 10th”, said Alan Molton the second generation president of the company. “There is over 200,000 square feet in our showroom/warehouse and the entire space will be filled with furniture. The decision to open the factory to the public, was made by Larry Molton, original owner, who decided this was a way to liquidate excess inventory when orders slowed down. In the past, the Ello sale was a one or two day event. “Now we will stay open week days, weekend, nights until everything is gone continued Molton. In announcing the sale, Molton stated, “The decision to open our factory to the buying public will give people a very special opportunity to own very expensive pieces for a fraction of the normal retail selling price. Everyone in the industry is struggling and we need to liquidate this inventory fast”.
