New York, New York – December 2, 2009 — When Joe Bayer and his band (The Joe Bayer Band) set out to record CD number three he wanted it to impact his listeners. He has included songs with a heart felt meaning behind them such as, the debut single “Hello Sunshine Goodbye Rain” featuring Gary U.S. Bonds which is currently being played in Australia, London and the U.S.A. Anyone who needs a break from the everyday hustle and bustle can relate to this hard driving hit. Who wouldn’t want to relax on the beach with a cold drink in their hand? Touched and inspired by his nephew Jake who is suffering from Cystic Fibrosis, Joe and the band wrote and composed a special song called “65 Roses” to be released as a digital single, from which all proceeds will go towards a Cystic Fibrosis Charity. CF is a hereditary disease that effects the whole body, difficulty breathing being the most common symptom. A thick mucus forms on the digestive track and lungs causing chronic lung infections which can sometimes be fatal. People who suffer with CF have a constant excessive cough associated with shortness of breath. With no known cure at this time over 30,000 Americans, 3000 in Canada, 1 in 46 Hispanics, 1 in 65 African Americans and 1 in 90 Asians suffer worldwide but the most common gene is found in people with European Heritage. The Joe Bayer Band hopes to raise enough money to make a difference in these peoples lives.
