I have recently completed my job from hell. My job from hell would be my company’s first attempt at a calendar. I own and operate The Dawson Studios and my business involves both photography and writing. Last May I decided to do a 2010 calendar of my local community. One hairbrained idea lead to another mishap all the way throughout. Then it came time to look for a printer. [Helen Fahner and Angie Chuchoque] both took customer service to a personal and friendly level, took a personal interest in my project and they both worked with me, remembered me, were on the spot with returning calls, held my hand and developed a relationship with my company and subsequently a loyalty to yours. Employees like this are very hard to find and my hat’s off to you for having done it. I was on the fence with doing another project of this nature, but I now intend to and I know where to go to have it done.
I understand that you are an independently owned company as well. I am well connected in my field and well respected (with the art – God knows not with my ability to place an order or proof anything!!!! LOL) – but I will absolutely spread the word about your company. Thank you so much for a beautiful product and such fabulous customer service.
I hope that you have a great holiday season and that 2010 is a good year for you guys. Please let both of these women know I sent this and give them hugs for me. I wish I could do more, but not this year. What I can and will do is continue my business with your company whenever and however I can.
