Legendary Hermosa Inn Remodel Provides Travel Agents With a New Arizona Hideaway Destination

/ EIN Presswire / PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. — The legendary Hermosa Inn’s recent $2 million remodel provides a new hideaway destination for travelers seeking an Arizona getaway.

Originally hand built in the 1930s by cowboy artist Lon Megargee, The Hermosa Inn personifies gracious Arizona hospitality with a new level of elegance and comfortable seclusion nestled in the Sonoran desert.

Hermosa Inn’s new casitas retain the historic charm and intimate atmosphere while offering a more upscale experience.

The enlarged guest bath areas provide a more elegant and relaxing experience, featuring new luxury appointments resembling a custom home. Sumptuous Waterworks products with large walk-in showers, chrome faucets, showerheads and sinks with double vanities; oversized antique pedestal bathtubs, hand-picked ceramic white tile floors, and white beadboard wainscoting create an enhanced residential feel.

Hermosa Inn’s casita enrichments feature hand-cut flagstone tile entryways, rich loop carpeting, upscale lighting, multi-textured walls, custom artwork, flat-screen plasma TVs, Bose sound systems, floor-to-ceiling French doors, and private patios. Egyptian cotton bedding, hand-crafted rod iron and wood headboards, dreamy canopy beds, and large walk-in closets have created new bedrooms of luxury.

The property upgrades include new saltillo tile sidewalks, enhanced landscaping and a Garden for relaxation as well as providing a sanctuary for intimate wedding ceremonies. Wireless access is offered on a complimentary basis to guests.

“Hermosa Inn’s exclusive style, comfort, nurturing staff and authentic Arizona charm has remained as we elevated the guest room experience and provided a property renewal,” said Hermosa Inn Managing Director Michael Gildersleeve.

“The personal touches and attention to detail are truly a part of what makes staying at an intimate property so special.”

Hermosa Inn’s celebrated Four Diamond restaurant, Lon’s at the Hermosa, offers artful American cuisine in a ruggedly elegant adobe dining room and on a spectacular patio.

Lon’s distinctive culinary experience captures spirit, creativity and warmth using bold flavors that reflect the foods originating in the West. Authentic western furnishings and artwork painted by Lon Megargee are on display throughout the restaurant. In-room cuisine is offered from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Hermosa Inn features a complimentary evening amenity rotated nightly. Concierge services are available for travel arrangements. Pets are welcome for a fee.

Rates range from $297 to $689 for the newly-remodeled casitas. The Hermosa Inn extends a 10% commission to travel agents booking nightly stays and packages at the intimate desert hideaway.
