Legal news for Washington motorcycle accident attorneys. Motorcyclist was hit by three cars after being thrown from bike.

WSP alerts Washington motorcycle accident lawyers- A man is dead after he was thrown from his Harley Davidson Road King during an accident.

Seattle, WA—The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is currently on a manhunt for a driver who fled the scene after hitting a fallen motorcyclist. A biker lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown onto state Route 512 on Saturday, January 16, 2010 around 11:00 p.m., as reported by KIROTV.com.

According to state troopers, James P. Suddoth, 57, was driving his 2007 Harley Davidson Road King eastbound on Highway 512 near 94th Avenue East, when he lost control of his motorcycle while changing lanes and struck a cable barrier. Suddoth was then thrown from his bike onto Highway 152, where he was initially hit by what police believe is a 2000-2001 silver Buick Century, who slowed down after hitting him and then took off. Suddoth then was hit by a 2003 Nissan Altima driven by a 46-year-old Vancouver, Wash., man, and a 2002 Chevrolet pickup driven by a 19-year-ol Bonney Lake man. Police are currently looking for the driver of the Buick who fled the scene of the crash. No one in either the truck or Nissan was injured in the crash, but both vehicles suffered heavy damage. It is unknown if drugs and/or alcohol were involved, but the biker was wearing a helmet at the time. A full investigation is underway.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the Washington State Patrol at 253-536-6210.
