Will Obama Forsake Cap-and-Trade for Jobs?
February 3, 2010 /EIN PRESSWIRE/ President Barack Obama made overtures at a recent stop in New Hampshire that cap-and-trade may need to be pushed aside in exchange for “green jobs.”
Cap-and-trade, requiring industries to pay for the greenhouse gases they create, may need to be dissected from the climate change bill in order to push the bill, and the green jobs it is intended to create, through the Senate.
