Mitsubishi May Build Wind Turbine Plant in Arkansas
February 15, 2010 /EIN PRESSWIRE/ Mitsubishi Heavy Industries announced that it is considering investing $100 million in a wind turbine plant in the US, having tentatively chosen Fort Smith, Ark., as the location of the plant.
More than 80% of all the wind turbines Mitsubishi builds are sold to the US, but yet, the company says it is waiting to see if the demand for wind energy recovers before making a final decision on the plant.
