A Dallas mother has been accused of endangering her child so that her vehicle would not be repossessed.

Dallas, Texas (WiredPRNews.com) – A Dallas mother has been accused of endangering her child in an attempt to prevent repossession of her vehicle. As reported by CBS 11 News, Krystal Gardner allegedly tossed her baby through a window, and into the vehicle prior to the repossession of her SUV.

Luke Ross, the repo man involved of the incident, is quoted in the report as stating,” It sounds like it’s going to be easy, but none of them are ever easy… when people know their car is up for repo, they will go to any extent to keep it.”

As noted in the report, cars cannot be repossessed if people are inside at the time of the attempt in accordance with state law. Police have reportedly charged Gardner with child endangerment.
