A school bus driver will reportedly stand trial after being charged with homicide in connection with a traffic accident.
Philadelphia (WiredPRNews.com) – A school bus driver will reportedly stand trial in connection with charges stemming from a traffic accident. As reported by the Bucks County Courier Times, Frederick R. Poust III was ordered to stand trial this week after two state troopers and an eye witness testified before a district judge about his actions while transporting 45 students to school, leading up to the accident that resulted in the death of another vehicle passenger and injury of five students.
As noted in the report, Poust was involved in an accident almost a decade prior, in which he ran a stop sign and hit the back of a vehicle, that resulted in the death of a child. For the recent occurrence, he has been charged with homicide by a vehicle and 45 counts of reckless endangerment.
