Manhattan, NY—The E*Trade “milkaholic” baby is fighting back at Lindsay Lohan and her $100 million defamation lawsuit. The infamous E*Trade commercial featuring a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay, which child star Lindsay Lohan believes is directed towards her, is in the headlines yet again. The finance company is now trying to persuade a judge to dismiss the lawsuit filed by the “Mean Girls” star, as reported by the New York Post and the Examiner.

E*Trade lawyers reportedly filed hundreds of pages, which depicts Lohan’s drug abuse, brawls and DWI busts, trying to further prove that E*Trade cannot further defame her in their commercial than what she has already done to herself. In addition, the E*Trade attorneys are trying to prove that Lindsey resides in Hollywood and not in Long Island where the lawsuit was filed. E*Trade is also asking the judge to change the venue to Manhattan, where the company’s corporate headquarters are located.

Lohan filed the lawsuit after the E*Trade commercial aired which featured the E*Trade baby—a common mascot for the company—who is talking about his portfolio, when his girlfriend asks him if he had been spending time with a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay. Lohan, believing that the “milkaholic” baby was spoof of her and her history of troubles, subsequently filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit.

Lohan’s lawyers plan to fight the motions and to dismiss the request of change of venue.
