Tampa attorney, David Neville has started a website called askgarysucks.com. Many TV advertising lawyers in Florida feel the same way. The website has awoken the ire of Gary Kompothecras, founder of 1-800-ask-gary. It seems that a Florida court will have to decide who is in the right. The real fight is with the Florida Bar’s restrictive advertising rules making it difficult for Florida injury lawyers by giving an advantage to non-lawyers who’s TV spots seem like enhanced lawyer TV commercials.
