Firm is cited for personal injury, medical malpractice work in Miami.
The Miami personal injury law firm, Grossman Roth, P.A. has been ranked at the top of the country’s leading law firms in the 2010 Best Law Firms analysis released Sept. 15 by the U.S. News and Best Lawyers media groups.
The analysis—which covered 8,782 law firms in 81 practice areas—placed Grossman Roth in the elite Tier 1 group for both Personal Injury Litigation—Plaintiffs and Medical Malpractice Law—Plaintiffs in the Miami area.
Rankings were based on surveys completed by clients—including every Fortune 100 company as well as 587 of the Fortune 1000 companies—and leading lawyers nationwide.
The surveys asked participants to rate the law firms they considered best in their practice area. Responses were then combined with more than 3.1 million evaluations of individual attorneys from the most recent Best Lawyers survey of leading lawyers. A firm’s pro bono commitment and diversity were also considered. Achieving a high ranking is a special distinction, signaling an unusual combination of excellence and breadth of expertise.
