Mark Dougan, CEO of Insurance Executives, Inc., is proud to announce John Dougan as the company president of Insurance Executives, Inc. He is well known throughout the insurance industry as one of the leading team and candidate placement intermediaries since 1987.
John started off working for directly for the CEO’s, Regional Directors and National Practice Leaders of companies such as Alexander and Alexander, Willis Corroon, Hobbs Group, USI and ABD/Wells Fargo assisting in growing revenues for one company from $7mm to $40mm within two years. Part of John’s niche includes reorganizing company infrastructure and developing business strategies for specialty markets.
John took a sabbatical from recruiting for three years to spend time with his sons who were actively engaged in racing Moto-Cross. He was convinced by insurance industry leaders to re-enter the recruiting segment and is now providing his leadership and expertise to Insurance Executives, Inc. John’s current hobbies include SCCA Road Racing where he was named South Eastern Region Enduro Champion while driving a T-1 Corvette. He’s an avid boater, airplane enthusiast, pilot, and has flight time in helicopters. John served as a decorated United States Marine in the Vietnam War.
