Gary Nordheimer and Partners Announce Sale of Newly Renovated Historic Property in Washington, DC

Nordheimer and partners restored the three-bedroom, two-bath carriage house, located at 3429 Q Street NW, updating the historic home with all new systems.

Nordheimer purchased the property in the summer of 2009, and completely renovated the home, adding a gourmet kitchen and marble baths before placing it back on the market in November 2010.
