Mold Aid, a company offering mold testing and mold removal in MD, VA and Washington D.C., is seeking 10 families to assist in research on the effects of mold. Families will receive indoor air quality services in exchange for participation.
GAINESVILLE, VA — Mold Aid, a company that offers mold testing and mold removal in MD, VA and Washington D.C., is currently conducting research on the health effects of mold exposure. The company is seeking 10 families in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. areas who would like to receive free indoor air quality services in exchange for being a part of the research case study.
The case study is open to anyone who believes health problems such as headaches, dizzy spells, respiratory conditions, hives and more are caused by prolonged exposure to mold in their home or building. Anyone interested in taking part in the research simply needs to contact the company.
“We want to help people find solutions to their mold problems. Many of our clients feel alone in their search for help. Their own doctors can’t find a reason for the way they feel. We want to help educate doctors and their patients on the many health issues mold can cause and our case study can help us do just that. We hope that by educating the public on the effects of mold, we can possibly help improve the general health of residents of Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C,” said John Taylor, owner of Mold Aid National, Inc. and Acquired Home Services Inc. (http://www.moldaid.com).
Mold Aid has been offering indoor air quality services, such as mold remediation and mold inspection in VA, MD and Washington D.C. for over 10 years. The company has helped hundreds of area residents rid their homes and work places of mold and improve their health at the same time.
“Mold exposure, especially prolonged exposure in the home, can cause a number of health problems. Mold infections can even occur in people who have chronic lung illnesses such as obstructive lung disease. Many times, people don’t put two and two together and don’t realize their health conditions are caused by mold. Mold can occur anywhere in your home – behind wallpaper, underneath floor boards, behind walls and even in your home’s heating and air conditioning vents. If you’re feeling run-down and like you have an illness you just can’t shake and believe the cause is possibly an indoor air quality problem give us a call and sign up for our research project,” said Taylor.
Anyone interested in taking part in Mold Aid’s mold exposure case study in the Maryland, Virginia or Washington D.C. area, can contact Taylor at MoldAid1@aol.com or by calling the company at (703) 754-3766.
