Newport, CA — Comedian Andy Dick may be facing another lawsuit after he allegedly exposed himself, urinated on and destroyed private property at an event held by the Newport Beach Film Festival in late April, reported KSPR.
The Newport Beach Film Festival officials are now considering filing a lawsuit against Dick.
The incident occurred at around midnight on April 29, when the allegedly intoxicated 45-year-old funny man exposed himself and rubbed against one of the tables. He then reportedly entered a festival display booth before urinating on the backdrop and tearing it down, according to attendees and a festival co-founder.
This is just the latest legal battle Dick has to endure. A Texas man recently sued Dick for rubbing his genitals on the man’s head during a Dallas comedy show put on by Dick. That lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages, attorney’s fees, as well as a jury trial.
