The new office suite will provide a new and larger area for the firm to practice and will allow Rosenthal & Wadas, PLLC to accommodate clients with two conference rooms with state of the art technology.
In addition, Rosenthal & Wadas, PLLC has recently added two attorneys to the firm. Edward “Bo” Kalabus is a 2000 graduate of St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio and spent nearly a decade representing large clients in complex civil litigation with several Dallas, Texas law firms. Bo brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to the firm and he handles criminal, civil and appellate litigation. Kyle Therrian is the newest addition to the firm. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Oklahoma Law School where he was very active trial competition. In law school he founded the White Collar Crime Mock Trial Team and won mock trial best regional advocate.
The firm’s partners Jeremy Rosenthal and Derk Wadas, are both former Collin County Assistant Criminal District Attorneys with an exclusive focus on providing superior representation to Collin County and all of North Texas in the area of criminal law, Driving While Intoxicated, ALR, and Federal criminal defense.
Derk Wadas has been practicing criminal law and procedure almost exclusively since 1998. He is admitted to practice in all Texas courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Texas, Collin and Dallas County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Associations, the National College for DUI Defense, as well as the Collin County and Plano Bar Associations.
Jeremy Rosenthal was admitted to practice in Texas in 2001 following his graduation from the Southern Methodist School of Law. He is a member of the Texas and Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
