According to reports received by Queens injury attorney, Jonathan C Reiter, a mother of four was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday, June 25, 2011. Upon emergency services arrival, Vasquez was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital. The mother of four was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The driver of the vehicle involved with the pedestrian fatality was 29-year-old Apostal Cela of Queens. He remained at the scene of the accident and was arrested by police officers who arrived at the scene.
