/EINPresswire.com/ Jersey Shore’s Mike The Situation workout is questioned by Stan Stevenson of QuickMuscleBuildingTips.com.
Mike Sorrentino, better known as “The Situation”, on MTV’s Jersey Shore has gained his fame by having a body with beach muscles and six pack abs that most guys would want and ladies desire with beach muscles and six pack abs.
Stan Stevenson of QuickMuscleBuildingTips.com states, “The Situation that is protrayed on the Jersey Shore definitely is not the same guy that has the ripped muscles. He even preaches against many of the things they show him doing on the episodes.” Stevenson is referring to the late night eating, partying and drinking until all hours of the night and eating junk food.
For the Situation workout, Mike recommends working out 5-6 days a week with about 3-4 exercises per workout. And if one wants to get even more ripped, then The Situation says you should do about a half-hour of cardio 5-6 days a week as well.
As for the diet, “No cookies, candies, cakes, snacks, salts, sugar-type stuff. No Coca-Cola. Just water all the time,” says The Sitch.
Stevenson agrees about the Situation diet, “It’s common sense. Eat better, workout and you will look better. For most skinny guys looking to build muscle, I don’t recommend working out as much as Mike. Follow what he says more so than what you see on TV. If one wants to build more muscle I recommend they see the Jason Statham workout.”
