Columbine Label Company, Inc. recently trademarked their signature logo and tagline. The company’s logo, with its distinctive state flower, the columbine, now serves as an official emblem and distinguishing attribute to the custom label producer. The unique tagline states, “We make what you make get noticed (which is crossed out) purchased!”
Certain exclusive rights are associated with the logo and tagline, which gives customers confidence that Columbine Label‘s products and services carrying the trademarked logo meet the company’s stringent quality standards.

The process took the company about seven months to complete. According to Colorado.gov, the originator of the trademark may “legally prevent anyone from using their mark or any very similar mark.” All trademarks are filed with the Secretary of State’s Office, are valid for 10 years and may be renewed for an additional decade if the mark is still being used.
