WA Housing Centre has tripled the initial First Home Buyers Grant and is now offering an astounding $21,000 to those who are building their first new home. This lucrative deal is available to first home buyers in Perth and South West Australia.
/EINPresswire.com/ PERTH, AUSTRALIA — First home buyers may be eligible for grants up to $21,000 towards the purchase of their new home when they build through WA Housing Centre. The Federal Government had previously offered $7,000 grants as an incentive to encourage first time buyers to purchase homes in an effort to boost the Australian economy. Years later, the grant was increased to $14,000 to drive home sales even higher.
Now in 2012, WA Housing Centre has affiliated with Western Australia’s premier land developers to create an incentive plan to further help first home buyers in WA attain their goals of homeownership. By partnering with land developers, the company has the ability to offer customers extensive savings on each home they build.
“We are pleased to be able to offer such an advantageous deal for first time buyers. It is our mission to help our customers realise their dreams of becoming homeowners and we truly believe our $21,000 grant can make that happen,” said Michael Pell, Brand Manager at WA Housing Centre (http://www.wahousingcentre.com.au/first-home-buyers).
The $21,000 First Home Owner’s Grant is available to first home buyers in Perth and South West Australia who choose to build their home from a series of housing plans available through the WA Housing Centre. Those who are looking to purchase second homes as a holiday or investment property can still qualify for $14,000 towards their purchase.
WA Housing Centre has designed numerous homes for customers in Perth and South West Australia. These homes come complete with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, multi-vehicle garages and home theatres, among many other options.
