In an effort to meet and exceed their clients’ needs, Simon PLC has expanded its operations by adding a branch office in Phoenix, Arizonia. The Phoenix office is located at 11811 N. The Phoenix office will be led by Attorney James Rayburn. Mr. Rayburn will continue to offer clients the same quality and excellence that Simon PLC is known for. Mr. Rayburn has extensive experience in Retail Deposit Bank Litigation, Uniform Commericial Code, Fraud, Collections, Operations/Check Defensive Litigation and Workouts. Mr. Rayburn was most recently employed by Bank of America for 17 years as an Assistant General Counsel and has over 30 years of banking lititgation experience. In a firm that specializes in representation of financial institutions, Mr. Rayburn will fit right in.
