Los Angeles – Former Blossom star Mayim Bialik has announced that she and her husband of nine years are getting divorced. As reported by ET Online, Bialik recently announced her split with Michael Stone on her Jewish parenting blog on kveller.com.
Bialik, who stars on the sitcom The Big Bang Theory, is quoted in the report as stating in the blog post, “After much consideration and soul-searching, Michael and I have arrived at the decision to divorce due to ‘Irreconcilable Differences’… Divorce is terribly sad, painful and incomprehensible for children. It is not something we have decided lightly.”
The couple have two children together, Miles, 7, and Frederick, 4.
