Los Angeles – The divorce battle between reality star Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries continues as attorneys for the couple appeared before Superior Court Judge Stephen Moloney on Wednesday. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), attorneys for Kardashian say the star is seeking to have the marriage dissolved through a divorce, while Humphries is pressing for an annulment based on accusations of fraud.
Kardashian’s attorney, Laura Wasser, is quoted by the AP as stating of the fraud allegations in reference to Humphries attorney, Marshall Waller, who is seeking more time to collect records, “I don’t think his client has a fraud case… I think there’s a fishing expedition going on here.”
Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, as well as her current boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, have reportedly been deposed in the case.
