At a press conference held in Plano on February 22, the Verax Systems’ engineers demonstrated the latest version of Verax ITMS. Verax IT Management Suite is a cross-platform set of applications covering the entire spectrum of IT service management, orchestrating network and application monitoring, service desk & SLA management, business reporting, KPI collection and workflow into a single unified solution.

With enhanced network and application monitoring capabilities, including the extended support for virtual environments, Verax ITMS provides end-to-end infrastructure monitoring enabling root cause analysis from hardware through application to business functions. The new set of visualization features provide users with a holistic view across the entire infrastructure presenting a clear and up-to-date picture of the business condition.
What distinguishes the new version of Verax ITMS is the increased ease of deployment as no integration or programming knowledge is required.
