Today NETtime Solutions, a pioneer in SaaS time and attendance and creators of the newly launched StratusTime, have announced the opening of a survey focused on the practice of promoting from within a company versus hiring new talent from the outside. The survey, which can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NETtimePromotions, will be available to NETtime’s social media connections and the public through April 30th.

In the internal promotions survey, NETtime is collecting feedback from both employees and hiring managers/business owners. Questions posed will help to determine the perceived benefits of internal promotions, the general sentiment on the topic within the workplace, reasons employers choose not to promote internally and more.

Those who choose to participate by providing feedback on the internal promotions questionnaire will be entered to win a $25 Best Buy gift card as a token of appreciation for their time.
