Mississippi – Ricin was reportedly found in a studio formerly used by a man suspected of sending poison letters to public officials including U.S. President Barack Obama. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), a court document in which federal officials stated the discovery was made, was made public this week.

James Everett Dutschke was arrested Saturday in connection with letters tainted with poison that had been sent to Obama, a senator, and a judge.

Details about how lethal the ricin was have not yet reportedly been released by the FBI.

A preliminary hearing for Dutschke is set for Thursday in U.S. District Court in Oxford.
