Los Angeles – Charlie Sheen’s twin boys with ex-wife Brooke Mueller were removed from Mueller’s home by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services on Thursday. As reported by Us Weekly, the 4-year-old twins are expected to go to the care of Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards, who previously cared for them while Mueller was being treated for Adderall addiction last year.
A custody hearing is supposed to be held next week.
A source is quoted by Us Weekly as stating to the news source, “Brooke is really not in good shape at all… She is not opposed to Denise having the kids — that’s her first choice.”
