NETtime Solutions recently announced the release of a new survey that focuses on how organizations build problem-solving methods amongst employees in the workplace. The objective of the survey is to determine what current methods are utilized and if they are effective. The survey titled “Employee Problem Solving – Useful Tool or Can of Worms?” can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/EmployeeProblemSolving and is available through June 30th.
The survey is designed with busy professionals in mind, and consists of series of straightforward questions. Respondents can offer additional feedback and explanations where appropriate. Respondents will be able to see how their answers stack up against other businesses when the survey results are compiled and analyzed.
The results of the survey will assist management in understanding the different views on problem solving methodologies employed in the workplace.
Individuals that take part in Employee Problem Solving – Useful Tool or Can of Worms? will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Darden Restaurants gift card as a token of appreciation for their time. The drawing for the gift card will be held at the conclusion of the survey in June.
