Florida – A former contestant of the reality show, “The Biggest Loser: Couples 2” is being sued by a fitness company over her purported weight gain. As reported by The Wrap, Tara Costa, who lost 155 pounds during her appearance on the NBC show, has been accused of violating a business agreement with the company by gaining weight.

FC Online Marketing, Inc., owner of the website I Love Kickboxing, alleges in the lawsuit that Costa “gained far too much weight” to make personal appearances on it’s behalf, asserting that a part of her contractual agreement required her to maintain a specified level of fitness.

Unspecified damages are being sought in the suit. The case has been filed in U.S. District Court in Florida.
