Charges have been brought against a man suspected of running a stop sign and killing the driver of another vehicle. According to a KHOU News report, the 20-year-old man fled the scene on foot along with the passenger of the pickup he was driving after striking the victim’s vehicle when he ran the stop sign. The victim, a 46-year-old male, was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
