Four reportedly die in small plane crash in Bahamas

Nassau, Bahamas – Four people were killed in a plane crash off the coast of the Bahamas on Sunday. As reported by UPI, among those who died were a businessman and a nurse from Indiana.

The pilot of the small plane was stated to have been Tony Wishart, a businessman from Fishers. The Cirrus SR22 crashed shortly after it took off on a sightseeing flight according to WISH-TV, Indianapolis.

There has yet to be a determination made regarding the cause of the crash. According to the Civil Aviation Department’s Flight Standard Inspectorate, the aircraft was registered to First Class Flyers LLC with a U.S. registration of N432BC.
