Los Angeles – Lamar Odom was given three years probation as part of a plea agreement in his DUI case on Monday. As reported by The Huffington Post, Odom will also be required to complete an alcohol education course and pay $1,814 in fines as part of the agreement.
The case stems from his arrest in August after Odom was pulled over for driving under the speed limit. He at the time refused to take a breathalyzer test and spent the night in jail. Odom, who is married to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, originally entered a not guilty plea.
The DUI case against Odom has now been closed. A separate hearing has reportedly been scheduled regarding the suspension of his driver’s license.
